Our HydroFloat/RC-25 provides top quality and minimises water loss. With an intelligent full/partial flow cycle, we use a combination of mechanical cleaning and an advanced two-stage flotation system.

The water is filtered thoroughly thanks to our mechanical sieving with a precision level of less than 150 micrometres. It does this at high speed too: you receive up to 60 cubic metres of filtered process water and up to 25 cubic metres of floated process water per hour.

The two-stage flotation system removes even the smallest impurities, while chemicals metered to precision guarantee optimum cleaning results. In addition, integrated fittings in our HydroFloat/RC-25 ensure a stable cycle process. This reduces both water consumption and your operating costs.
