Our HydroClean/DC – 80 is the answer to your water treatment needs for recycling. This innovative solution presents a cost-efficient way of cleaning process water effectively and reusing it in a closed loop.

The process water is filtered thoroughly thanks to our mechanical sieving with an impressive precision level of less than 150 micrometres. This enables up to 80 cubic metres of process water to be cleaned per hour.

Another hallmark of our HydroClean/DC – 80 is its integrated fittings which ensure a stable cycle process. This means that we not only minimise water consumption, but also significantly reduce your operating costs. Our system is also flexible and can be fitted with an optional integrated sludge treatment system. This lets you adapt and optimise your system to suit your needs.
