History

Since 2014, the HydroDyn team has continuously gained knowledge and experience in the recycling industry. What began as pioneering work has quickly developed into a leading role as a technology supplier for recycling plants. Our journey began with the first patent application for the pioneering HydroCleaner and led to the development of advanced systems in 2023.

During this time, we have successfully delivered ten systems and this number is set to rise with four more to follow in 2024. We have a dedicated team of 45 highly skilled staff at our offices in Hamburg and Schwerin. Here, we develop, plan and produce innovative recycling systems for customers around the world.

HydroDyn is proud to be at the forefront of the recycling industry and will continue to develop groundbreaking solutions that will shape the future of the circular economy.

HydroDyn and the Next Generation Group

Ready for the future: HydroDyn has been a proud member of the Next Generation Group since the summer of 2023. Working closely together, we draw on our expertise and resources to develop customised solutions for post-consumer recycling. Our goal is to cover all phases of the plastic life cycle – from the initial product design through to the recycling process. By combining all of our expertise, we work with the Next Generation Group to develop group standards for sustainability and promote the implementation of a closed-loop circular economy within the plastics value chain. With this dynamic partnership, we actively shape the future and set new standards for environmentally responsible practices in our industry.
