HydroPure/CC-135

The HydroPure/CC-135 treats the process water for final cleaning. It works with a combination of mechanical water purification and an ultrafiltration system that uses a filter membrane to remove impurities on a nanometric scale.

With an impressive capacity of up to 135 cubic metres per hour, our system provides high-performance cleaning for the most demanding applications. We achieve filtration rates of less than 0.02 micrometres – for the purest water.

In addition, integrated fittings in our HydroPure/CC-135 ensure a stable cycle process. This reduces both water consumption and your operating costs.

HydroFirewall TWO

The HydroFirewall TWO targets even the smallest impurities and ensures a closed process water circuit by collecting the separated water.

Targeted rinsing and flushing removes even the most stubborn impurities from the material. Large volumes of process water are also drained efficiently to ensure that your recycling process runs smoothly. State-of-the-art sensors continuously monitor quality and the process for optimum results.

Our process water tank is equipped with several multifunctional quick connectors to ensure maximum flexibility. And with our unique “FireWall” technology, we establish a clear dividing line between pre-cleaning and final cleaning to guarantee complete reliability.

HydroFloat/RC-25

Our HydroFloat/RC-25 provides top quality and minimises water loss. With an intelligent full/partial flow cycle, we use a combination of mechanical cleaning and an advanced two-stage flotation system.

The water is filtered thoroughly thanks to our mechanical sieving with a precision level of less than 150 micrometres. It does this at high speed too: you receive up to 60 cubic metres of filtered process water and up to 25 cubic metres of floated process water per hour.

The two-stage flotation system removes even the smallest impurities, while chemicals metered to precision guarantee optimum cleaning results. In addition, integrated fittings in our HydroFloat/RC-25 ensure a stable cycle process. This reduces both water consumption and your operating costs.

HydroClean/DC – 80

Our HydroClean/DC – 80 is the answer to your water treatment needs for recycling. This innovative solution presents a cost-efficient way of cleaning process water effectively and reusing it in a closed loop.
